The role handles complex questions from the customer service team and other representatives, including processing payments and offering hardship options.

The position requires strong customer service, negotiation, and computer skills. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the schedule, with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Performs outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best course of action for resolution.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per company policies.
• Relay information to customers about interest, statements, and account questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy calls.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per processes.
