Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency according to policy. You will handle more complex questions from the service team and process over-the-phone payments.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email), and the ability to work two evening shifts per week (12pm-9pm CST) and one Saturday every five weeks.

Qualifications

• Past due account assessment and contacting customers per policy.
• Experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Recognizes and researches delinquent accounts to determine best resolution.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers facing hardships per policy.
• Relay information about interest and statements accurately.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, and bankruptcy inquiries.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per processes and procedures.
