Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts, contact customers, and resolve delinquency per policy. Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency according to policy.
• Handle more complex account questions from the service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers per policies.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per procedures.
• Adapt to change productively.
• Maintain schedule with two evenings per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
