Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy. You will handle more complex questions, process payments, and document outcomes.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Expect to work two evening shifts weekly and one Saturday every 5 weeks, with an hourly pay range of $21.00–$23.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Proficient communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards.
• Provide relief options per company policy.
• Explain interest, statements, and account questions.
• Handle overflow calls (disputes, recovery, bankruptcy).
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per processes.
• Work under deadlines and adapt to change.
