Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in Columbus, OH to assess past-due accounts and contact customers for resolution per policy. The role handles more complex inquiries and supports the customer service team in resolving delinquency with professionalism.

The position requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work under deadlines. Evening shifts and one Saturday shift every five weeks are part of the schedule.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.

Mansioni

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Assess delinquent accounts and determine best course of action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards.
• Provide relief options as per company policies.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, bankruptcy).
• Document notes in required systems per procedures.
• Work well with others and meet deadlines.
