Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in Lexington, KY to assess past-due accounts and contact customers for resolution per policy. You will handle complex inquiries from the customer service team and strive for one-call resolutions.

Salary is $21.00–$23.00 per hour. The role requires strong computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to work evenings and one Saturday every 5 weeks. Benefits include health, 401(k), and more.

Formación

• High school diploma
• 1+ year experience in customer service or collections
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Email
• Professional phone presence and strong verbal/written communication
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact
• Strong typing and attention to detail
• Two evening shifts (12pm-9pm CST, 10am-7pm CST) and one Saturday every 5 weeks

Responsabilidades

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency
• Research delinquent accounts and determine best resolution action
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards
• Provide hardship relief options per policy
• Relay information on interest and statements
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, bankruptcy)
