Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers for resolution in line with company policy. The role handles more complex inquiries, performs outbound calls, and processes over-the-phone payments to aim for one-call resolutions.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service or collections, and strong computer, typing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong typing skills and ability to work evening and Saturday shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to explore resolution per policy.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policy.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account details to customers.
