Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers for resolution per policy. This role handles complex questions and supports the customer service team with delinquency questions and payments.

The position requires strong communication, typing, and problem-solving skills, with two evening shifts weekly and a Saturday shift every 5 weeks. Benefits are included along with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence and communication skills.
• Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit cards.
• Provide hardship options per policies.
• Relay information about interest, statements, and account questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, bankruptcy.
• Document notes in required systems and maintain accuracy.
• Work under deadlines and collaborate with team members.
