Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive customer engagement, tailor security solutions, and champion the Netskope story. You will collaborate with customers and partners, deliver compelling demos, and influence decisions at senior security levels.

Heavy travel within the territory is required to support US engagements. The role emphasizes technical leadership, sales alignment, and feedback to product management on feature requests and enhancements, shaping next‑gen cloud security

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record presenting technical information at executive levels.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with public speaking and executive audiences.
Ability to scale from whiteboard to security architects and CISOs.
Experience with Linux, MacOS and Windows systems.
Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM and related protocols.
Experience with cloud identity providers, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and SD-WAN deployments.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
Articulate Netskope's architecture benefits to security leaders (CISO/CIO).
Create best practices for demos, product evaluations, and PoC strategies.
Lead customer success efforts and resolve satisfaction issues across functions.
Present Netskope cloud security solutions to prospective customers and partners.
Develop evaluation/test plans and manage PoCs to a successful conclusion.
