This role requires traveling within the territory to support engagements across the US, collaborating with HQ Support and Product teams to drive customer success and product feedback. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Linux/macos/Windows systems.
• Scripting with Python and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope architecture benefits to security leadership.
• Develop best practices for demos, POCs, and win strategy.
• Resolve customer issues with HQ Support and collect feedback for Product.
• Lead customer evaluations and manage PoC process to success.
• Present Netskope solutions at conferences and RFIs/RFPs.
