Job summary

Netskope is seeking aSolutions Engineer to join with executive backing. You will be the primary technical liaison for customers and partners, delivering demonstrations, PoCs, and value-based engagements across the US.

Travel within the region is expected; you will translate complex security requirements into practical Netskope solutions, collaborate with Product teams, and help drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record presenting technical information to executives or architects.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior executives.
• Ability to scale from whiteboard to security architects and CISOs influence.
• Experience with Linux, MacOS and Windows systems; mobile OS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets.
• Articulate Netskope architecture to senior audiences.
• Create best-practice demos, PoCs and value exercises; lead region-specific win strategies.
• Support customer success initiatives and resolve satisfaction issues; escalate cross-functionally as needed.
• Understand customer needs and position Netskope as the best solution; present to prospects; lead evaluation tests and PoCs.
