Job summary

Netskope is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and partners, serving as the primary contact for feedback and issue resolution. You will advocate for customers with HQ Support and provide product feedback for enhancements. Heavy travel within the US region is required.

The role focuses on presenting Netskope's cloud security architecture to senior security leaders, building demos, and leading Proof-of-Concept exercises to drive adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Solutions/System Engineer with proven ability to present technical information to executives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across tech and executive audiences
• Strong empathy for customers and focus on revenue and growth
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, Windows, and macOS systems
• Proficient with mobile device technologies and OS (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM and related protocols
• Hands-on with security solutions: proxy, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, SSO, IAM, and regex
• Experience with cloud identities (Azure AD, ADFS), SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN
• Cloud deployments in AWS, Azure, GCP; understanding threat landscape and industry trends
• Travel willingness within the region for customer engagements and events

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within your territory and drive revenue growth
• Articulate Netskope architecture benefits to security leaders (CISO/CIO)
• Create best practices for demos, PoC/Value exercises, and win strategies
• Support customers and partners as the primary contact for feedback and issue resolution
• Lead regional customer success activities and coordinate cross-functional escalation
• Conduct product feedback sessions and present at conferences to demonstrate value
• Gather customer requirements and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs
