Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own territory engagement, working with customers and partners as the primary point of contact for feedback and resolution. You will advocate for customer needs with HQ Support and Product Management, while traveling within the US to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience presenting technical information to executives or architects.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
• Ability to translate technical needs into business value and influence CISOs and security leaders.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope architecture benefits to security leaders.
• Create best-practice presentations, demos, and PoC/Value exercises.
• Lead regional customer success initiatives and resolve satisfaction issues.
• Gather customer requirements and map to Netskope products and solutions.
• Lead PoCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and present at conferences.
