Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager in an information technology environment to lead policy development for enterprise clinical workflows and to coordinate AI-enabled Epic tool assessments. This role requires aligning clinical practice with enterprise standards and working with stakeholders across care settings.

You will drive change management initiatives, provide executive updates, and collaborate with Epic analysts, informatics, and leadership to ensure patient safety and regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Pay range is discussed in the job posting as base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary, with bonus and equity opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Provide executive-level reporting to leadership on status, risks, and decisions needed.
