Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical informatics policy development and AI-enabled Epic technology assessment. You will coordinate policy, workflow standardization, and enterprise policy alignment across clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and governance teams.

The role emphasizes auditing support, risk management, and executive reporting, with a focus on patient safety, regulatory alignment, and value realization for technology investments.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years in clinical informatics or healthcare technology assessment.
Clinician is preferred, but not required.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technologies.
Define a consistent evaluation framework addressing quality, safety, and provider experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to align policy and workflow.
Provide policy guidance during workflow redesign and adoption activities.
Monitor changes and drive continuous improvement in enterprise policies.
