CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization around Epic technology and AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, privacy, and IT teams to craft policies that align with regulatory requirements and enterprise goals.

This role emphasizes governance, cross-functional engagement, and end-to-end policy adoption, ensuring patient safety and operational efficiency across care settings.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance to ensure content is accurate and applicable.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization initiatives and reflect approved workflows and patient safety requirements.
• Assess impact of proposed workflow changes on enterprise policies and standards and recommend updates as needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure policies reflect approved workflows and can be implemented enterprise-wide.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption to align clinical practice with Epic functionality and enterprise standards.
• Monitor and evaluate changes to ensure continued adherence to policy requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, operational stakeholders, Epic analysts, informatics partners, and technology owners to align intent with policy and technology execution.
• Engage with EHR governance, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Security, Finance, and business leaders to ensure oversight and accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions when policy, workflow, audit findings, or technology assessments require action.
• Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships and drive clarity and accountability.
