CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and governance teams to ensure policy clarity and safe, compliant workflow execution across care settings.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, policy adoption, and ongoing evaluation of new technologies, with a focus on patient safety and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Experience translating clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, actionable EHR policies

Responsabilidades

• Own the development, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize workflows and ensure alignment with enterprise policies.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms (e.g., ambient documentation tools).
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, privacy, compliance, legal, information security, and vendor teams for oversight and decision-making.
• Provide executive-level reporting and drive change management to embed policies within Epic workflows
