Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical informatics or related healthcare technology experience.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise policies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical operations, QA, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development, governance and implementation for enterprise clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic stakeholders to align policies with approved workflows and safety requirements.
• Drive AI tool assessment and enterprise technology evaluation across platforms.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment for policy and workflow initiatives.
• Support change management and adoption within Epic workflows.
