Qualifications

• Minimum five years in clinical informatics, policy, or health-IT assessment.
• Clinician background preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical policies and standards for EHR workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize workflows and ensure policy alignment.
• Provide governance during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption.
• Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions.
