Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will bridge clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise EHR leadership, ensuring policy clarity and alignment with enterprise standards across care settings.

Qualifications

5+ years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing patient safety, quality, and operational impact.
Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver concise executive updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
Support change initiatives by ensuring policies are embedded within Epic workflows.
Monitor and refine policies as workflows evolve.
