CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessments. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, internal audit, Epic teams, and enterprise EHR leadership to ensure policy clarity and end-to-end audit support.

You will drive policy adaptation, governance, and adoption across care settings, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, regulatory alignment, and value realization from AI-enabled tools

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Enterprise Clinical EHR Policy Development & Maintenance: Own the development, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance to ensure content is accurate and applicable.
• Enterprise Workflow Standardization & Alignment: Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and reflect approved workflows.
• Assess impact of proposed workflow changes on enterprise policies and standards and recommend updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure policies reflect approved workflows and can be implemented across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption to align clinical practice, Epic functionality, and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate changes to ensure continued adherence to policy requirements.
• Enterprise AI & Epic Technology Assessment: Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and ambient tools like Abridge across the tech stack.
• Define an evaluation framework addressing patient impact, safety, quality, provider experience, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate ROI, productivity, and outcomes; establish monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for refinement, expansion, or retirement of technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, Epic analysts, informatics partners, and tech owners to align intent with execution.
• Partner with Governance, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Security, Finance, and vendors to ensure oversight and accountability.
• Facilitate decisions when policy, workflow, audit findings, or technology assessments require action.
• Communication, Relationship Development & Reporting: Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions; build relationships across Enterprise networks.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and present clearly to leadership.
• Engage broadly to drive clarity and accountability.
• Change Management & Adoption: Support enterprise changes by embedding policies into Epic workflows and gathering stakeholder feedback.
