Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development, workflow standardization and AI-enabled Epic tool assessments. You will coordinate clinical, operational and regulatory requirements to craft clear, actionable policies across care settings.

You will work with stakeholders to align policy with practice, support audit processes, and drive change management to embed governance within Epic workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in clinical informatics, enterprise policy, or healthcare tech assessment.
• Clinician preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise policy development, maintenance and governance for clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align policies with workflows and regulatory obligations.
• Drive policy expertise during workflow redesign and Epic implementations.
• Assess AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Deliver executive updates on policy, audit findings and operational risk.
• Enable change management to embed policies within Epic workflows.
