Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise policy development and AI-enabled Epic technology assessment. The role coordinates clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and privacy/Compliance to standardize workflows and ensure patient safety within the Epic ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards development, governance, and implementation.
Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable EHR policies.
Collaborate with care settings during policy development to ensure accuracy and applicability.
Partner with stakeholders to support workflow standardization and reflect approved workflows.
Lead AI-enabled Epic capability assessment and ROI evaluation across platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional decisions and align policy, audit, and technology execution.
Deliver executive updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
Support change management by embedding policies within Epic workflows.
