Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical EHR policy, workflow standardization, and AI/Epic technology assessment. You will coordinate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, privacy, and enterprise leadership to drive policy clarity and safe, efficient healthcare delivery.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and executive reporting to align policy with Epic configurations and AI-enabled tools across care settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own policy development, governance, and implementation for enterprise clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and ensure alignment with approved policies.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technologies, with a framework addressing patient impact, safety, quality, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security for oversight and accountability.
• Provide executive-level reporting and drive stakeholder alignment across the enterprise.
• Support change management to embed policy into Epic workflows and gather feedback.
