Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist in Merrillville, IN to ensure client satisfaction across the full lifecycle of Tier I and II accounts.

You will coordinate onboarding, set up accounts, and maintain timely communications with clients and internal teams. The role interfaces with Sales, Field Services, and Laboratory Operations to drive service quality, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of client contact and act as liaison between client and laboratory staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects ensuring timely, cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure accurate account setup in CRM/LIMS.
• Review COA and invoice during onboarding to verify tests and formats.
• Communicate results and coordinate with sales and internal teams to meet client needs.
