You will greet clients, handle inquiries, assist in reporting, onboarding, and coordinating with technical staff to resolve customer needs, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of EPA/FDA/USDA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class CX to Tier III clients.
• Handle phone and email inquiries and route questions.
• Assist in creating reports and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with management and operations to solve issues.
• Document client interactions in CRM.
