Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to serve as the front-line contact for receiving and processing samples, coordinating with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate analysis.

The role requires strong client interaction, data entry, and organization across cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment. You will relay technical knowledge to non-technical clients, manage project logistics, and strive to maintain high client satisfaction while

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Food and/or Environmental Testing Laboratory experience is preferred.
• Strong client service or QA experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with laboratory staff and non-technical individuals.
• Familiarity with FDA and EPA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs; liaise between client, account management, and laboratory staff.
• Troubleshoot and prevent issues that could affect the client.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Receive and process samples; triage and prioritize based on requirements.
• Store and organize all incoming samples; maintain sample retention and disposal.
• Provide sample supplies to customers and support cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain client satisfaction through collaboration with stakeholders and timely deliverables.
• Communicate technical data to senior leadership and clients.
• Identify new service opportunities aligned with business goals.
