Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our Tier III client base with world-class CX, onboarding, reports, and clerical tasks.

You will answer inquiries, coordinate with operations, set up accounts in our CRM and LIMS, and assist sales with quotes, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication. Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC proficiency.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• General technical industry knowledge and instrumentation understanding.
• Familiarity with EPA and/or FDA/USDA regulatory standards and protocols related to analytical testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, professional customer service to Tier III clients.
• Answer phone calls and emails, route questions, and assist with reports and clerical duties.
• Maintain high level of professional contact with assigned Tier III clients.
• Assist with onboarding, account setup, and documentation in CRM systems.
• Support management and operations to resolve basic customer issues.
• Prepare quotes and support sales as needed.
• Verify chain of custody forms and schedule work.
• Log and track client test samples and communicate results to clients.
