Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist in Baltimore, MD to ensure top‑tier client satisfaction by coordinating a full lifecycle of customer experiences.

You will partner with Sales to communicate laboratory capabilities to clients and manage onboarding, setup, and ongoing communications. The role acts as the primary interface for Tier I/II customers, coordinating with Laboratory staff, Sales Managers, and other functions to resolve issues and identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• At least 1 year of related industry experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with industry terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient PC skills including spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer contact and act as liaison between client and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet timelines and cost targets.
• Oversee onboarding, ensure proper account setup and testing information in CRM/LIMS.
• Review COA and invoices with customers during onboarding.
• Communicate test results and resolve customer inquiries with timely solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
