Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating the full lifecycle of Tier I and II accounts.

You will partner with Sales to communicate lab capabilities and serve as the primary interface for key customers, including onboarding, onboarding, and ongoing support across laboratories and departments. The role emphasizes timely communication, accurate account setup in the CRM and LIMS, and collaboration with Sales, Field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; science background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related industry experience and prior customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer contact and act as liaison between client and lab staff.
• Coordinate client projects to meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Review first COAs and invoices with customers to ensure tests and formats meet requests.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system and keep files up to date.
• Assist in identifying new opportunities and route leads to Sales.
