Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our Customer Relationship team and operations. You will greet clients, route inquiries, assist in report creation, and coordinate with management and labs to resolve basic customer issues.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, and CRM familiarity. A science-related bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant experience is preferred for this role in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC proficiency and basic MS Office.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• General technical industry knowledge related to analytical testing.
• Prefer EPA/FDA/USDA standards knowledge; degree or experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Prior laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients have a positive customer experience with proactive service.
• Perform administrative duties: calls, emails, data entry, reporting support.
• Maintain professional contact with Tier III clients.
• Assist in onboarding, account setup, and document handling.
• Collaborate with CR/TSM/Operations to resolve customer needs.
• Record interactions in CRM and coordinate with sales leads.
