The Customer Relationship Associate role involves acting as the front-line contact to receive and process samples, coordinating with client management and laboratory staff to ensure timely analysis and accurate results. The ideal candidate will manage client projects, maintain organized sample handling, and communicate technical data

Formación

• Clear and effective communication with lab staff and non-technical clients.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects.
• Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gain thorough understanding of client needs; act as liaison between client, account management, and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of results.
• Receive and process samples, triage and prioritize based on requirements.
• Store and organize all incoming samples and maintain sample retention.
