Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to ensure exceptional client satisfaction across Tier I and II accounts.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage communications, and act as the liaison between customers and laboratories, sales teams and other functions. Responsibilities include overseeing account setup in CRM and LIMS, reviewing COAs and invoices, addressing inquiries, and driving ongoing opportunities with existing clients while maintaining the highest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related industry experience.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• General computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer contact as liaison between client and laboratory staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate onboarding, account setup and testing information in CRM/LIMS systems.
• Review first COA and invoice with the customer to verify tests and reporting format.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and resolutions.
