Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support the Customer Relationship team by delivering world-class CX to Tier III clients.

You will handle greeting clients, routing inquiries, and assisting management and operations to resolve issues, while preparing reports and handling onboarding tasks in laboratory systems. Primary duties include data entry, coordinating with sales and technical staff, and maintaining professional client communications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world class customer experience (CX).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
• General industry knowledge and familiarity with analytical testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class CX to Tier III clients through timely responses.
• Greet clients and route questions to the appropriate team.
• Assist in creating reports and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Set up accounts and ensure onboarding is accurate in CRM/CS systems.
• Answer inquiries, provide test results, and coordinate with sales/TSM.
