Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to serve as a front-line contact for receiving and processing samples at our laboratory, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely analysis.

You will relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders, manage project logistics, and help drive high levels of client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Environmental testing laboratory experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both laboratory staff and non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the client, Customer Relationship account management team, and our laboratory staff teams.
• Coordinate logistics of client projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Efficiently receive and process samples while triaging and prioritizing based on analysis requirements.
• Maintain and organize all incoming samples and ensure proper retention and storage.
• Communicate technical data to the laboratory's senior leadership and to clients.
• Suggest new service possibilities based on ongoing evaluations of client needs.
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
