Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Specialist to ensure client satisfaction across Tier I and II accounts.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain timely communications, and serve as the main liaison between clients and our laboratories, sales managers, and other teams. In this role you will manage project logistics, review COA and invoices with customers, answer inquiries, document interactions in the CRM, and help identify new opportunities while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related industry experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer contact and act as liaison between client and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and account setup in CRM and lab systems.
• Review first COA and invoice with the customer for accuracy and requests.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and provide solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM and communicate updates.
