Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction across the full lifecycle of Tier I and II accounts.

You will coordinate onboarding, communications, and look for new opportunities in collaboration with Sales. As primary interface for Tier I/II customers, you will manage onboarding, document interactions in CRM and LAB systems, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while maintaining QA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related industry experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• In-depth technical understanding of industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer contact and act as liaison between the client and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet timelines and costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute onboarding in CRM and lab information systems.
• Review first COA and invoice with customers to verify tests and reporting formats.
• Answer inquiries, provide results, and follow up with solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Support QA and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Grow client satisfaction by collaborating with clients to meet needs.
