Job summary

iCIMS is seeking a Manager to oversee multiple accounts, communicate best practices for the iRecruiter system, and drive renewals. You will lead engagements with clients, delivering insights on the most efficient methods to utilize iCIMS products.

Additionally, you will participate in sales presentations, travel to client sites, and collaborate with Marketing to develop references and testimonials. The ideal candidate has a BS, strong Windows experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Experience with client relations and HR systems/software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to add products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to pursue renewals and sustain relationships.
• Address escalated customer issues and travel as required.
