Job summary

iCIMS is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering web-based recruiting software. The Manager will work with customers to fulfill needs, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to expand product usage within HR systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision. Bachelor degree required, experience with iRecruiter and Windows/IE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Strong knowledge of ASP systems and iRecruiter usage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and present to clients.
• Experience with client relations and HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to add products/services.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Aim for 100% renewal rate and escalate customer issues as needed.
