Job summary

iCIMS, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an Account Manager to work with enterprise clients and ensure successful adoption of iRecruiter and related HR solutions. You will manage multiple accounts, communicate effectively, and identify opportunities to expand services while driving renewals.

The role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, plus experience with HR systems and Windows/web technologies. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• The Manager will work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure all their needs and expectations are met.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to add additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations through conference calls, seminars, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Develop client references, case studies, and testimonials with Marketing.
• Proactively contact assigned clients and work toward 100% renewal rate.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
