Job summary

iCIMS is a fast-growing SaaS company known for its iRecruiter product, serving hundreds of organizations worldwide. The Manager will oversee account services, ensuring client needs are met and renewals stay on track.

You will work closely with customers, master the iRecruiter system, and collaborate with marketing to create references and case studies while identifying opportunities to expand services. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands‑on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with iCIMS customers to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Demonstrate mastery of the iRecruiter system and communicate best practices to customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand products and services with existing clients.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to drive renewal rates and address escalated issues.
• Travel as needed to service accounts.
