Job summary

iCIMS, a leading SaaS company, seeks an Account Services Manager to collaborate with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The role emphasizes mastering the iRecruiter system and delivering practical product usage guidance across accounts.

Responsibilities include driving renewals, supporting sales through presentations, and partnering with Marketing on references and testimonials. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and communicate best and most efficient methods of utilizing iRecruiter to customers.
• Identify customer needs and upsell when opportunities exist for additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, seminars, on-site meetings and client surveys.
• Work with Marketing to develop client references, case studies and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to pursue 100% renewal rate.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
