Job summary

iCIMS is a fast-growing SaaS company that provides recruiting software and serves a global client base, including major brands. The Manager in Account Services will work closely with customers to ensure needs are met and opportunities for additional products and services are identified.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with some travel to client sites. You will be expected to master the iRecruiter system and communicate best practices to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and browser technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships.
• Experience in HR systems or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for upsell.
• Lead sales presentations via calls, seminars, and on-site visits.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop references and testimonials.
• Aim for high renewal rate and resolve escalated issues.
• Travel as required.
