Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record required.
• Experience in client relations, HR systems or software project management is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage iCIMS customer accounts and ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, on-site meetings, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references and testimonials.
• Aim for high renewal rates and resolve escalated issues.
• Travel as required to meet customers.
