Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Associate Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients in the Senior Account Manager's portfolio. You will cultivate long-term relationships, focus on client retention, and pursue ancillary sales while coordinating with the Senior Account Manager and Business Developer.

Expected duties include site visits, renewals, and proactive recommendations for site enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in business-related field or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in landscape or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality of service.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services.
• Lead resolution of customer issues and concerns.
• Ensure renewals within the client portfolio and manage receivables.
