Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales, while overseeing field operations.

You will identify opportunities to sell enhancements, develop estimates, deliver bids, lead site visits, and ensure on-time account renewals with strong margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and overseeing field operations.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed; deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer; maintain strong client relations and conduct site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and coordinate regular site visits for quality reviews.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews and promote safety policies; ensure client renewals and maintain CRM documentation.
