Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to be the primary contact for BrightView clients. The role focuses on building and sustaining long-term relationships, client retention, and selling ancillary services, working with clients within the Senior Account Manager's portfolio.

The AAM develops strong partnerships through regular site visits, accurate estimates, and effective collaboration with the branch team to meet service expectations and branch financial goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met (land and/or snow).
• Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns (land and/or snow).
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ensure renewals of each assigned account within the customer portfolio.
