BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, cultivating long-term relationships and promoting satisfaction and retention. This role oversees field operations and coordinates with the branch team to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
