BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for BrightView clients, building and sustaining long-term relationships while focusing on retention and ancillary sales. You will work with clients within the Senior Account Manager’s portfolio.

This field-based role requires frequent site walkthroughs, coordinating with branch teams, and traveling to client sites to ensure service quality and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in landscape or service industry.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met (land and/or snow).
• Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns (land and/or snow).
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ensure renewals of each assigned account within the customer portfolio.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate with Business Developer.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Manage service delivery to the specified scope of work (land and/or snow).
• Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary (enhancement) services
• Participate in branch meetings and assist the Senior Account Manager in overall leadership of the client service team
• Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels (land and/or snow).
• Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases are consistently updated with current client information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
