Towne Park LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client success metrics.

The role includes responsibilities in forecasting, scheduling, recruitment, training, service management, and safety compliance, with a focus on maximizing profitability and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen

Aufgaben

• Financial and Business Systems Management: Understands metrics and improves profitability.
• Manages scheduling, overtime for associates, and timekeeping; ensures payroll accuracy.
• Active recruitment, onboarding, and training of associates; performance coaching.
• Ensures guest/patient service standards and staffing alignment across shifts.
• Maintains client relations and regular communication with client staff.
• Trains others on Towne Park systems and enforces policies and procedures.
